TERMS OF SERVICE
by buying art from me you agree to all terms of service and breaking of them may result in blacklisting.ᡣ𐭩 I hold the rights over the commission artwork. Including but not limited to ownership, publishing the work on socials and adding it to a portfolio. You may ask to keep a commission work private.ᡣ𐭩 Commercial license for an illustration will result in an extra fee.ᡣ𐭩 I reserve the right to refuse a commission as there are some things that I won't do/won’t be comfortable doing.ᡣ𐭩 Commission turn around can vary between a week to less than a month! This is due to my schedule + the commission detail. You are free to ask for updates any time, I also don't work weekends.ᡣ𐭩 I will send updates of each stage:

You can ask for a total of 3 revisions, any more will amount to extra payment.ᡣ𐭩 I will take 100% of the payment upfront.ᡣ𐭩 Finished commission will be sent as a png file via email or drive.ᡣ𐭩 No refunds for now.ᡣ𐭩 If a client doesn't reply in 24h I'll move on to the next commission.
DESIGN T.O.S
ᡣ𐭩 Do not claim the design to be your own work.ᡣ𐭩 Commercial license will result in an extra fee.About Redesign:
ᡣ𐭩You are free to redesign, as long as it's still recognizable from the original one.ᡣ𐭩 When it comes to full redesign please contact me first.ᡣ𐭩 I do not allow other people to be commissioned to redesign my designs.ᡣ𐭩 Unless you have paid for the commercial license, you cannot sell my design.ᡣ𐭩 Related to vtubing, you may use a commissioned design for a model even if commercial license is not paid, as this is included in the price.
USAGE
ᡣ𐭩 All commission art is for personal use only unless stated otherwise.ᡣ𐭩 credits to me (@deargardenia) must be present whenever showcasing my work & designs.ᡣ𐭩 you may not claim my work & designs as your own, remove or cover my watermark or use for commercial purposes.ᡣ𐭩 No one is allowed to mint my work & designs as a NFT (non-fungible-token). As well as use my work for AI learning of any capacity.
